Passport Details

Enter your passport information below. For Dutch people, the document number is nine characters long and starts with a letter (N, B, A, D). The Dutch passport number contains both numbers and letters. For Belgians, the passport number is eight characters long. This has the form: XX999999 (two letters, six numbers).

Urgent Request

If desired, we can process your request urgently. Your visa will then be requested by us within 15 minutes. For most countries, this means that you will receive the visa within one hour. The costs for an urgent application are € 49.95 per person.

Embassy Registration - Recommended

Travel safely
Have TRAVELDOCS register your trip with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs so that you can travel with confidence. The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises Dutch travelers to register at the embassy in the countries they will visit. Registration means that the Dutch embassy in the country of destination will be aware of your travel plans and that you are registered in the crisis registration system so that you are always aware of important events.

Thailand Pass (mandatory for all travelers entering the Thai borders)

All travelers who wish to enter Thailand (including Thai passport holders) are required to obtain the so-called Thailand Pass before departure, with which you register your hotel quarantine, vaccination certificate and flight. Due to the fact that applying for the Thai Pass can often be a difficult process and you have to resubmit the application if there are any errors, it is recommended to outsource this to avoid wasting time due to mistakes in the documents. Traveldocs is happy to help you with this and takes care of the application for you. In addition, we can also help you apply for and obtain the necessary insurance papers for Thailand. Especially in the case of a short-term departure, it is strongly recommended to have this taken care of by Traveldocs, because only then you can be sure that all documents are submitted complete and in accordance with the conditions. This reduces the chance of rejection.
After submitting the application, you will receive an email from us containing the instructions and required documents. You can submit everything digitally, whether or not together with the documents for the e-visa. Thailand Pass processing time is 3-7 business days. In case ofrejection - by the Thai government or by the hotel - the application must be resubmitted. Please keep this in mind.
The costs for the Thailand Pass are 50 euros incl. VAT per person, per application.
