Passport Information

Please enter the information of your passport below. For Dutch people, the document number is nine characters long and starts with a letter (N, B, A, D). The Dutch passport number contains both numbers and letters. For Belgians, the passport number is eight characters long. It has the form: XX999999 (two letters, six numbers).

Nationality Acquired

Enter your parents' full names (first and last names). Your parents' names are required to process the application. In addition, you must fill in the nationality, place of birth and country of birth. You can enter the names of your biological, adoptive, step or foster parents in this field. If you are married, your partner's details are also required.

Partner

Religion

Please indicate your religion below. We ask you this question because India needs this information from us.

Work

Fill in the details below regarding your work or profession. If you are a student or housewife / man, please select this by profession and then fill in the details of your father or partner at the employer.

Applicable

In addition, the Indian government asks whether you have been in any of the following countries in the past three years: Afghanistan, Bhutan, Pakistan, Maldives, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal.
